We had a wonderful time staying in the Wylds room. The space was huge, perfect for our family of 5, and the beds were so comfortable, even the pullouts seemed comfortable for the kids. We all felt at home, especially in that lovely bathroom with plenty of space. It's not cheap, but honestly, worth every penny for the experience we had.

Not the cheapest but still acceptable

Our room was clean and spacious, with an extra bed tucked away for kids. Loved the lovely coffee bar and enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant meal was quite tasty and not too pricey!

Check-in was more confusing than a British summer! The guy at reception clearly missed the memo about whose card was paying. Quite the comedy show!

The dining options felt overpriced for what was offered, with sandwiches and drinks that seemed excessively marked up. the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was placed too high, making it a bit impractical. the hotel felt dated and could benefit from some modernization and better training for its staff. The mattress was rather uncomfortable each night. I left feeling that the experience didn’t quite match the price charged.

What a lovely stay! I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the relaxing steam room, both were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, I thought the pool charge was a bit high but it didn’t spoil my visit. 😊

It was just a good match for a holiday in Dundee with definitely value for money. The smoked bacon at breakfast was excellent and they made the potato scones beautifully. Try to ask for John when dining. he really takes care of everyone.

our stay at best western was really comfortable. our standard king room was clean and spacious. We loved being able to open the windows. the breakfast was easy and the staff were super helpful, especially with our food orders. the pool was a nice temperature, and the spa pool was just what we needed after walking all day. close to forthill cc, too!

I was totally mesmerized by the historical charm of the building. The indoor pool and spa were just what I needed after a day of exploring. Plus, every meal I had tasted fresh and local – I can still savor the delicious slow-cooked beef!

It was just a fine choice for a day tour in Dundee, incredible value for money. The staff moved us to a better room after we had a noisy experience, which was really nice. Make sure to order any eggs you want at breakfast from the server instead of expecting them on the buffet.

The stay was primarily for a business trip, and while the room was stylish and had beautiful soft furnishings, it was quite hot, likely due to its location above the boiler room. The staff were accommodating when I needed extra tea and coffee supplies. the limited dining options during the day were a bit inconvenient, especially since I would have preferred something light after a busy day. the location was decent for my needs and the amenities were satisfactory.

We had an amazing time exploring the area's rich golf history at St Andrews Links and enjoying a show at the DCA. The amenities, like the pool and gardens, made our stay even better. Staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for our adventures.

We had a frustrating experience trying to split the bill at dinner, which took far too long to resolve due to a system issue.
